I can't find what I'm looking for.
If the product(s) you are looking for is not listed online or out of stock, message, email or call us:
- the product(s) you are looking for, and
- the quantity you would like to order
and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

I need help finding the best product for me.
If you need advice - best for you, taking other medications, specific conerns, - send us a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I return or exchange my order.
Currently, as a COVID-19 safety measure, there are no returns or exchanges for change of mind

Regents Park Pharmacy will only accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund or repair where:
- The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality
- The product is significantly different to those shown or described to you
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose
- The product is unsafe

Please email receipt if the purchase was done within 7 days, online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase. Regents Park Pharmacy reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a exchange or refund. This may result in a exchange or refund being refused.

Your original receipt or online tax invoice are the best form of proof of purchase.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to all of Australia. We are able to ship overseas but please message us beforehand on what you want to ship and where you want to ship.

For orders to the EU:
As of July 2021 the European Union has made custom changes that has effected shipping to the EU.  We are currently in the progress of processing our documents so that we can ensure a smooth delivery

What are the delivery options and costs?
Click & Collect (Local pick up) is avaliable for all orders from our store. For directions to our store, click here.

Please be ready to show your confirmation email and a valid form of identification when you come to collect your order.

If you would like to authorise someone to pick up your order, please leave their name and phone number in the notes, and be ready for them to show a valid form of identification, and a copy of the confirmation email.

If your order is not picked up within 14 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Flat rate $4.95 Local Delivery is avaliable for addresses within 2 km of our store. This option will pop up automatically once an address has been entered at check out.

Express Shipping (Auspost) - 2 to 3 business days^

Standard Shipping (AusPost/Parcel Post) - 5 to 7 business days^

^There may be temporary delays as a result of COVID-19 restrictions, limited flights and high parcel volumes.

How long will me order take to get to me?
For Local Deliverywe aim to deliver before 6:00pm by the following business day, assuming all products are in stock. Please leave a note on the best way to drop off your order if you have any pets to be aware of, or home security measures.

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days, assuming all products are in stock. For delivery times please see: https://auspost.com.au/service-updates#domestic For more information, read shipping policy.

Delivery times are only an estimate, and do not account for public holidays, natural disasters and any sudden lockdown measures form COVID-19.

How much is shipping?
Shipping prices are automatically calculated according to product weight. 

I put in the wrong address!
If you need to correct your address on a recent order, call or email us the following:
- order number
- name on the order
To ensure that it is your order, please also provice at least two (2) of the following:
- email the order is placed with
- phone number the order is placed with
- Product details and quantity (at least 3 if many, screenshot will surfice)

However, once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the address.
