Directions
Three tablets daily, with a main meal or as directed by a healthcare professional.

- VITAMIN A (as retinyl palmitate) 120 mcg RE
- VITAMIN C (ascorbic acid from calcium ascorbate dihydrate 9.68 mg) 8 mg
- VITAMIN E (as d-alpha-Tocopheryl acid succinate 1.7 mg) 2.05 IU
- SELENIUM (from selenomethionine 30 mcg) 12 mcg
- ZINC (from zinc gluconate 8.36 mg) 1.23 mg
- EXTRACTS EQUIVALENT TO DRY:
- ASTRAGALUS (Astragalus membranaceus) root 3 g
- MULLEIN (Verbascum thapsus) leaf 666.68 mg
- REISHI MUSHROOM (Ganoderma lucidum) fruiting body 1 g
- THYME (Thymus vulgaris) leaf 333 mg
Warnings
If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken more than 3000 mcg/RE, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 mcg/RE for women and 900 mcg/RE for men.
