Ensure Powder is a complete, balanced oral nutritional supplement, scientifically formulated for people with or at risk of malnutrition, to help support strength, energy and immunity.

Directions

• Suggested twice a day or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
• Ensure Powder can be enjoyed as a delicious health shake with or between meals, or to replace a meal.
• To prepare a 230 mL serving of Ensure Powder:

1) Pour 195 mL of cold water into a glass.

2) Gradually add 6 level scoops or 53.8 g of Ensure Powder while stirring and mix until dissolved. Ensure is best served chilled.

• Ensure Powder can also be added to a wide range of recipes as a nutritional boost to your favourite meal.
• Opened can should be covered and stored in a cool, dry place, but NOT refrigerated. Once opened, use contents within 3 weeks.
• Prepared Ensure should be used promptly or covered, refrigerated and used within 24 hours.
