Directions
HOW - Add 30g (1 scoop) to 200mL of water in a cup or Musashi shaker and mix until dissolved.
*Consume immediately.
DAILY - Can be added to water as a convenient protein top up throughout the day and on non-training days.
BEFORE - Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise.
AFTER - Use within 30 minutes after resistance
training or sport.
Recommended one-day intake: up to 3 serves.
