Description

Musashi High Protein is an essential recovery formula designed to build and repair muscle post-exercise in a delicious, easy-mixing protein shake. Scientifically formulated with multi-source proteins, containing BCAAs, plus a disgestive enzyme for optimised recovery.

Directions

HOW - Add 45g (1 ½ levelled scoop) to 300mL of Skim Milk or water in a cup or Musashi shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.

PRE & POST-TRAINING - Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise or within 30 minutes after resistance training.

SERVINGS - Recommended one-day intake - up to 3 serves.
