Directions

• Step 1: Pour 195 mL cold water into a glass.
• Step 2: Gradually add 6 level scoops (53.8 g) of Ensure Powder. This will make a 230 mL serving.
• Step 3: Stir well until dissolved.
• Step 4: Once made, consume promptly or cover, refrigerate and use within 24 hours.
