BTNature Premium Lactose Free is a lactose free milk drink that has the same great taste and natural goodness as regular milk, with the lactose removed. It helps ease digestion in those who are sensitive to lactose. Good source of Calcium which necessary for normal teeth and bone structure.

Directions
To make a 250 mL milk serving: Add 7 level scoops of powder (approx. 35 g) to 125 mL lukewarm water and stir until dissolved. Add more water to make up to 250 mL.
