• Iron (ferrous bisglycinate): Helps prevent dietary iron deficiency and assists healthy red blood cell production. This form of iron is better absorbed and gentle on the stomach.
• Vitamin Bs: Contains Vitamin B12, B6, and B2 to relieve tiredness and fatigue, and support energy levels.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal. Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
