大人の投与量：夜に1錠または2錠を服用します。必要に応じて最大4錠を増やします。大量の水を飲み、食事中の繊維を増やします。

下剤の長期使用は望ましくなく、依存につながる可能性があります。便秘が続く場合は医師を継承します。
