Ensure Powder is scientifically formulated to include all the key ingredients for a nutritionally complete, balanced health drink, and is supported by over 45 years of research.
With a Triple Protein Complex (whey, casein and soy) it is suitable for helping adults meet their nutritional requirements:

Use Ensure Powder as a nutritional supplement with or between meals, or as a sole source of nutrition.
Directions
- Step 1: Pour 195 mL cold water into a glass.
- Step 2: Gradually add 6 level scoops (53.8 g) of Ensure Powder. This will make a 230 mL serving.
- Step 3: Stir well until dissolved.
- Step 4: Once made, consume promptly or cover, refrigerate and use within 24 hours.
