在 200 毫升安全饮用水中加入 4 勺粉末。如果容量较小，只需在每 50 毫升水中加入 1 勺即可。轻轻搅拌、摇晃或搅动混合物，使粉末溶解。立即饮用，如果是冷饮，可在饮用前在冰箱最冷的地方冷藏 1 小时。如果是温饮，可稍加加热并在饮用前测试温度。未喝完的饮料请丢弃。
