Pentavite Vitamin D3 & K2 Infant & Kids Liquid is a premium formulation containing Vitamin D3 & Vitamin K2, to support strong bones and teeth in children.
Vitamin D3 helps the body absorb dietary calcium while Vitamins D3 and K2 help support bone mineralisation. Pentavite Vitamin D3 & K2 Infant & Kids Liquid is a great tasting formula that kids will love!
Directions
Administer dose directly into child’s mouth or add to food or drink for immediate consumption. If using the provided syringe, rinse when finished and allow to dry.
- 6 to 12 months: 0.25 mL daily or as recommended by your health professional.
- 1 to 3 years: 0.5 mL daily or as recommended by your health professional.
- 4 to 12 years: 1 mL daily or as recommended by your health professional.
Ingredients
Each dose contains:

0.25mL (6 months – 12 months):
- Vitamin D3 (Colecalciferol): 2.5 microgram (100 IU)
- Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone 7): 3.125 microgram

- Vitamin D3 (Colecalciferol): 5 microgram (200 IU)
- Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone 7): 6.25 microgram

1mL (4-12 yrs):
- Vitamin D3 (Colecalciferol): 10 microgram (400 IU)
- Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone 7): 12.5 microgram
Warnings
Store upright and below 25°C.
Secure bottle cap tightly.
Do not use if seal around cap is broken or missing.
