Brauer's Sleep Fast utilises fast melt technology designed to dissolve in the mouth in under a minute. It contains key ingredients to aid falling asleep, but also to relax the nervous system and reduce symptoms of stress and mild anxiety. 

  • California poppy is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to induce sleep and reduce the time taken to fall asleep.
  • Passionflower is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to relieve sleeplessness and reduce disturbed and restless sleep, relieve restlessness, as well as symptoms of stress and mild anxiety.
  • Guava Lemonade flavour.

Directions for Use

Adults: Take 2 tablets once daily before bed or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Place tablets on tongue and allow to dissolve completely.

Warnings

If symptoms persist talk to your health professional. Contains Gluten & Sulfites. Do not use if breastfeeding, pregnant or are likely to become pregnant. Do not use if blister seal is broken.
