使用5种防晒方法：防护服，眼镜/太阳镜，宽阔的帽子和阴影。将防晒霜涂在剩余的裸露区域。避免长时间的阳光暴露，永远不要独自依靠防晒霜，也不要在阳光下延长家人的时间。
重要的提示：
为了确保有足够的保护，癌症委员会建议每2小时或在游泳，出汗或毛巾干燥后立即重新使用所有防晒霜。
