Pharmacy Medicine. Limited to 1 unit per order.
General Information
- Rapid effective relief from dry persistent coughs.
- Helps control the urge to cough.
- Helps soothe sore throats irritated by continual coughing.
- Menthol helps relieve nasal stuffiness
- Suitable for 6 years+.
- FREE FROM: Alcohol, gluten and lactose
Directions
- Adults and children 12 years and over: 2 Lozenges (one at a time) every 3 hours as required (maximum 16 lozenges per day).
- Children 6-11 years (only on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or nurse practitioner): 1 Lozenge every 2-3 hours as required (maximum 8 lozenges per day).
Warnings
Do not use this medicine:
- If you are taking a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) or an antidepressant, or have taken the MAOI or antidepressant medicine within the past two weeks.
- In children under 6 years
- If seal is broken
- If past the expiry date
See your doctor or pharmacist before use:
- In children aged 6-11 years.
While using this medicine:
- Due to the anaesthetic effect, do not have hot food or drink directly after taking the lozenges
- The efficacy of an antibacterial agent in lozenges in reducing the severity or duration of throat infections has not been clinically established
- If symptoms persist, see your doctor or pharmacist.
