大人 - メインの食事で1日に1錠、または専門的に処方されているように（12歳未満） - 専門的に処方されています。

警告
すべてのソースからの推奨成人の毎日の量のビタミンAは2500IUです。 8,000 IUビタミンAを超えると摂取すると、先天性欠損が生じる可能性があります。妊娠している場合は、医師や薬剤師に相談せずにビタミンAサプリメントを服用しないでください。指示どおりにのみ使用してください。メディシン相互作用：テトラサイクリンまたはキノロン抗生物質を服用する場合、少なくとも2時間分質します。亜鉛とマグネシウムは、これらの薬の吸収と有効性を低下させる可能性があります。
