Directions
For maximum relief rinse twice a day.; Mix each sachet with 240mL of lukewarm distilled water.
Warnings
Hypertonic saline decreases ciliary movement in human nasal epithelium. Hence, NeilMed suggests not to use a hypertonic solution for your delicate nasal passages. Our blue sachet upon reconstitution with 240mL water is an isotonic solution which is a physiologic concentration. However, solution can be made hypertonic if you use more than one blue sachet for 240mL of water.
