Fuel your body, before or after exercise. Designed to assist with preparation and recovery from sporting activities. SUSTAGEN® SPORT is a formulated supplementary sports food which must be consumed in conjunction with a nutritious diet and is not suitable for use as a sole source of nutrition. It must be used in conjunction with an appropriate physical training or exercise program. Not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women. Should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision.
Usage:
- Mix 3 heaped tablespoons with 200ml water or skim/reduced fat milk (depending on taste). Or, use enclosed scoop (900g tin) and mix 3 level of scoops* with 200ml water or skim/reduced fat milk (depending on taste). *1x scoop of SUSTAGEN® SPORT = 20g (approx.).
- Stir before serving. Great served chilled or warm.
