マヌカ・ハニーには、通常の蜂蜜には見られないメチルグリオキサル（MGO）と呼ばれる例外的な化合物があります。

各バッチは、ISO17025国際認定のために認定された独立した実験室によって品質テストされています。

テストには、メチルグリオキサール（MGO）、ジヒドロキシアセトン（DHA）、ヒドロキシメチルフルフラル（HMF）、レプトスペリン、C4糖、チューチ分析が含まれます。
