This vegan fish free source of omega-3 by Blackmores, has the same amount of Omega 3 as standard fish oil. It helps maintain heart, eye and brain health. Blackmores Vegan Omega-3 Oil is a vegan certified, high-quality vegan, vegetarian and fish-free source of omega-3. The capsules is vegetarian too and comes in an easy to swallow mini-size.

Linseed oil 300 mg
Equiv. linolenic acid 150 mg
DHA/EPA rich Schizochytrium algal oil 288.81 mg
Equiv. eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 45 mg
Equiv. docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)-rich oil derived from microalgae Schizochytrium sp. 90mg

Usage Directions:

As an omega-3 supplement:

Adults-Take 2 capsules once a day. 

For brain health:

Adults-Take 2 capsules once a day.

For heart and eye health:

Adults-Take 3 capsules once a day.

Storage:

Store below 25°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight

Warnings:

Always read the label. Use as directed. Keep out of reach of children. Vitamin and mineral supplements are not a replacement for a healthy diet. 

Contains soya bean products and sulfites. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your health professional before use.
