Children's ClaratyneDES Syrup provides rapid, non-drowsy, 24 hour relief for hives in children from 6 months of age and hayfever and year-round allergies in children 12 months and over.
A single dose of Children’s ClaratyneDES Syrup provides 24 hours of relief from:
- Sneezing
- Itchy, watery eyes
- Itchy skin (hives)
- Runny, itchy nose
- Itchy palate
Children's ClaratyneDES Syrup is available in great tasting bubblegum flavour and comes with a measuring device for easy dosing.
Directions
Suitable for children from 6 months of age for hives and from 12 months of age for allergic rhinitis.
For Hayfever (Allergic Rhinitis)
- 1 to 5 years: 2.5 mL every 24 hours
- 6 to 11 years: 5 mL every 24 hours
- 12 years and over: 10 mL every 24 hours
For Hives
- 6 to 11 months: 2 mL every 24 hours
- 1 to 5 years: 2.5 mL every 24 hours
- 6 to 11 years: 5 mL every 24 hours
- 12 years and over: 10 mL every 24 hours
Symptoms present for:
- Less than 4 days a week or less than 4 weeks a year: use until symptoms have resolved.
- More than 4 days a week and more than 4 weeks a year: use may continue during allergy exposure.
Ingredients

Desloratadine…2.5mg
Warnings
Do not use this product:
- For allergic rhinitis in children less than 12 months of age
- For hives in children less than 6 months of age
