Description

Robitussin Cold & Chesty Cough helps clear chest, nasal & sinus congestion due to the common cold. It is also a throat soothing formula.

Usage:

To be taken orally, every 4 hours, if required. Adults and Children 12 years and over: 10 mL. Children 6 years — under 12 years: 5 mL. Do not exceed 6 doses in 24 hours. Use in children aged 6 to 11 years only on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or nurse practitioner. Use the measuring cup included for accurate dose measurement.

Ingredients:

Benzoates, Hydroxybenzoates, Sucralose, Sorbitol (4.2g/60 mL). Products containing sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.

Warnings:

If cough persists for more than one week, tends to recur, or is accompanied by fever, rash or persistent headache, consult a doctorIf you have a persistent chronic cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, or cough accompanied by excessive phlegm, consult a doctor before taking this product.If you are currently taking an antidepressant or are on hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, you should seek medical advice before taking this medication. This product contains Sorbitol which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea in some people. This is more likely if several products containing sorbitol or related substances are consumed simultaneously.
