CoQ10 levels naturally decline with age and supplementation helps support CoQ10 levels in the body.
Dosage
Adults
- Take 2 capsules daily to support energy levels, heart and blood vessel health
- Take 1 capsule daily to support CoQ10 levels in the body
Children under 18 years – only as professionally prescribed
Ingredients
Active ingredients per capsule:
- Ubidecarenone (coenzyme Q10) 75 mg
Coenzyme Q10, is a vitamin-like substance that is found in every cell in the body. Food sources of coenzyme Q10 include meat, fish, nuts, spinach, cauliflower and soy beans.
