General Information

Vitatree Kids High Strength DHA Algae Oil plus Lutein formulated with Algae DHA, from vegetarian sourced omega-3 fatty acids, and lutein is high-intensity support for healthy eyes and brain, and cognitive function.

High Strength DHA Algae Oil in the product is derived from Microalgae Schizochytrium species, vegetarian and fish-free. DHA is an unsaturated omega-3, which is found with high contents in the brain and eye compared to other organs. In the brain, DHA is involved in neuronal signaling, while in the eye it is involved in the quality of vision. Many studies and research indicate that fatty acids may improve a child’s brain function, particularly memory and learning ability.

Lutein, a fat-soluble carotenoid, is one of the bio-actives considered important for eye and brain development. It is a dietary carotenoid preferentially accumulated in the eye and the brain playing a significant role during the development and maturation of these organs.

Directions

  • Children 2 – 7 years: take 1 capsule daily.
  • Children above 7 years: take 2 capsules daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
