It also contains zinc and magnesium to support your sugar metabolism. Chromium and manganese are used by your body to help distribute blood sugar into the body cells where it is burned as fuel. Adults: Take one tablet three times a day with meals and help support healthy blood sugar.

Suitable For: Adults only. Children under 18 years old only as professionally prescribed.
